There are luxury Molton Brown products in the bathroom, a hospitality tray featuring authentic Orkney shortbread and bottled water, soft plaid throws and rich tweed upholstery. The Stane bar serves lighter meals during lunch and evening and has over 90 malt whiskys to choose from.
The Skerries Restaurant and Stane Whisky Bar are open to guests and non- residents.
Area information
Its location is also very handy for Murrayfield Stadium, home to Scotland's rugby team, as well as regular big name stadium concerts. Edinburgh Airport is a straight and easy 15 minute drive from the hotel, while the city's Haymarket train station is also near.
For exploring further afield within Edinburgh, there is a regular bus and airport bus service from right in front of the hotel.
